Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed and shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.​

Cancellation Process

Customers can cancel their orders by :

  • Logging into their account - Customers can log in, navigate to their order history, and cancel the specific order.
  • Contacting Customer Support - Customers can reach out to our customer support team via email or phone to request cancellation.

Cancellation Charges

  • Orders canceled before processing and shipment will not incur any cancellation charges.
  • For orders canceled after processing but before shipment, a cancellation fee may be applicable. This fee will be determined based on the processing stage of the order and any expenses incurred up to that point.

Refund Process

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • The refund amount will be the total order amount minus any applicable cancellation charges.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exceptions

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other situations beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel orders or delay shipments without prior notice. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and refunds or alternatives will be provided.

Plant Health Guarantee

  • If you receive a plant that is damaged or in poor health due to shipping or handling, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Changes to Orders

  • Once an order has been placed, changes to the order (such as adding or removing items) may not be possible. Customers are encouraged to review their orders carefully before proceeding to checkout.

Communication

  • We strive to keep our customers informed at every step of the order process. If there are any changes to the status of your order or if any issues arise, we will communicate with you promptly via email or phone.

Discretionary Authority

  • RootsRaja reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We understand that every situation is unique, and we will do our best to accommodate our customers whenever possible.
