  • We strive to deliver your live plants promptly. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Within major cities: 2-5 business days
    • Outside major cities: 5-10 business days
    • Remote areas: 10-15 business days
  • Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000.
  • For orders below this amount, shipping will be calculated in the checkout and will apply.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

Live Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • Use the link to track your order in real time.

Package Damage in Shipping

  • We take utmost care in packaging your live plants to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. However, if you receive a damaged package, please follow these steps:
    1. Inspect the Package: Upon delivery, carefully inspect the package for any visible signs of damage. If you notice any issues, take clear photos of the damaged areas.
    2. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the package. Provide them with the photos and a brief description of the damage.
    3. Replacement or Refund: Depending on the extent of damage, we will either arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us improve our shipping process.

Lost or Returned Packages

  • Lost Packages:
    • If your package is lost during transit and does not reach you within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
    • Depending on the circumstances, we will either arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
  • Returned Packages:
    • If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason, we will notify you.
    • You have the following options:
      1. Reshipment: We can reship the package to the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply).
      2. Refund: If you prefer, we can process a refund for the order amount (excluding shipping fees).
